We have a conference room, a basement and the center floor upstairs.

Rental rates for each of these areas is $150.00 for the first 4 hours and $25.00 for each hour thereafter.
A deposit of $100.00 is required. At least two weeks advance reservation is preferred so we can make sure we can accommodate you. Further notice is always better as we are become busier and busier.
A setup and tear down fee of $25.00 for each is required if you desire us to set the room up for you, otherwise we will make all the tables and chairs available for you to arrange as you desire.
Also available is a sound system, a projector and a 48 Inch LCD Television on a rolling stand.
Each rent for $25.00 per event.

Conference room: This room is 20' X 20'. This room has a 60" Display panel mounted on the wall and has 12 18 inch x 5 ft tables available, along with chairs. This room will seat 18 comfortably at tables and chairs and perhaps 30 in chair only.
Open area on main floor: The open area on the main floor is about 30 X 50 feet and is used primarily by Park City Alive for presentations. With chairs and a lectern it can seat about 60 comfortably. The open area of the main floor is only available when the library is closed.
Basement: The basement is about 6500 square feet. It has two bathrooms and a chair lift on the back stair case. This room has a capacity of 150 people. We have 7 60" round tables, 3 2' X 8' rectangular tables and up to 100 chairs for this room. This room also has a kitchenette and bathrooms in the basement as well. This room has hosted everything from a sit down catered event to a child's birthday party with smash cake and Trivia Night for Park City Pride.
