Under the direct supervision of the library board of trustees, the library director is responsible for the operations of the library and the development and implementation of its service program detailed in the full job description. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a MLS preferred per population size. Benefits include insurance, vacation, and KPERS retirement. Starting wage is based on qualifications and experience.
